Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | This article analyze the behavior of the productivity and export of Ecuadorian National Fine Aroma Cacao (CNFA) whose objective was to analyze the Medium-term Strategic Plan directed to the CNFA of Ecuador from 2013-2017. The methodology applied is a mixed approach, the types of research were bibliographic, exploratory and descriptive. The theoretical methods of analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction were used; the empirical ones when designing the interview, and the mathematicians by the techniques of processing and presentation. The evaluation dynamics applied allowed to verify the increase about yield and export, about 75% of the cocoa exported is fine and flavored. The main target markets are the United States and Europe.
