| Summary: | This research was carried out at Escuela Fiscal Mixta Matutina N.º 248 "Dr. José Miguel García Moreno", school year 2022-2023. Its general objective was: To determine the influence of Cultural Diversity on the Educational Inclusion of students of Basic General Education. The methodology applied emphasizes a mixed approach, that is, qualitative and quantitative, and the use of certain types of research, such as descriptive, field, and bibliographic, was indispensable, which were necessary to deepen the problem. In the same way, research techniques were also used, such as the interview with the principal, the survey of teachers, and research instruments such as the checklist applied to children in Basic General Education. Consequently, with the application of research techniques and instruments, results were obtained with which it was possible to evidence the presence of inconveniences in the social interaction of the students, who show a lack of empathy among themselves, in the face of the notable differences in the Cultural Diversity that they have. Needs that, within the educational field, are not receiving the necessary attention, due to the lack of didactic support materials, in the same way some teachers need to innovate their knowledge since these are still maintained with traditional teaching, which becomes a somewhat complex task at the moment of the application of didactic strategies, which must be following the requirements of the children. Finally, it was concluded that it is necessary to propose workshops on Cultural Diversity and Educational Inclusion of students of Basic General Education. |
