Summary:The Restaurant "El Kike" offers the residents and visitors of the Daule canton an excellent service with the appropriate amenities such as infrastructure, security, attention and above all, worrying about the preparation of properly processed food according to quality food safety. and thus be able to offer healthy food to customers. The main purpose of this document is to design a digital marketing plan as a means of communication and advertising for the increase in sales of the restaurant "El Kike", in the Daule canton, which has suffered a decrease in sales due to the low influx. of diners as a result of the start of the pandemic. The research approach is mixed; In addition to the above, a field investigation is carried out, in this area the data collection was carried out through interviews with the actors related to the problem posed, surveys and direct observation. The investigative work is completed with a digital marketing proposal to strengthen the restaurant's presence on social networks and thus increase its sales.
