It is intended to generate alternatives to mitigate the problems of commercialization of raw material and regularization in the overexploitation of the species. These drawbacks often result in the quantity and quality of income in families in the Chaupiyacu sector, to the detriment of the quality of life of its inhabitants. The solution to this problem required a field diagnosis comprised of the determination of the legal, technical, commercial, economic and financial viability of the present project. For this purpose, a normative-legal study was carried out that showed the viability for the sustainable exploitation of the guadua cane in Ecuador.
