It is noted that in the coastal region there is an abundance of soft soils composed mainly of clay and silty elements, which are suitable for agricultural and livestock activities, but are not ideal for the construction of stable infrastructure. A particular case is mentioned in the province of Guayas, where the unstable composition of the soil affects the structure of access roads, interrupting vehicular traffic and affecting agricultural operations.......... |
