Propuesta sancionatoria a la legislación ecuatoriana respecto al bienestar animal

The present investigation tries to legally analyze the Ecuadorian legislation regarding animal welfare in Ecuador, in order to know if the existing laws really comply with guaranteeing the legal security of urban and wild fauna. Addressing the legal situation developed in the Constitution, Codes and Organic Laws that regulate the situations in which urban and wild fauna is immersed, specifically in acts that affect society, such as health, also if the growing need is met to establish measures to fully repair the damage caused to urban and wild fauna such as cruel and indiscriminate death, abandonment, mistreatment, among other serious crimes committed against them………..
