Esta investigación se centra en evaluar al Régimen Impositivo Simplificado Ecuatoriano (RISE) creado como un sistema impositivo que facilita y simplifica el pago de impuestos de un determinado sector de contribuyentes, ademas, de ser un mecanismo para disminuir la informalidad, incrementar la recaudación de impuestos, erradicar la evasión de tributos, pero sobretodo, crear una cultura tributaria en los contribuyentes.
