La preparación del docente parvulario específicamente por su naturaleza debe ser considerada vital para estos procesos educativos, sin embargo, no suele suceder así cuando el mismo se enfrenta a niños con necesidades educativas especiales. Por ello la presente investigación buscó como objetivo la incidencia del rol que desempeña el docente parvulario en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de niños con necesidades educativas especiales en las instituciones educativas de la Parroquia Virgen de Fátima, vía Durán Tambo, cantón Yaguachi, Provincia del Guayas.
