Sumari:The development of English language skills is essential, therefore teachers need improvement plans to achieve a better level of English proficiency, therefore, a resource for teacher support and constant training must be established in the unit educational program in which the research was carried out, it was detected that the English subject has been a rather difficult subject to learn and even more so to put into practice, which has led to carry out the descriptive research since the characteristics of the problem have been specified proposed, profiles of the people, description of the processes under study, in which the current didactic competence of the teacher and their daily practice in the classrooms is evidenced within the educational unit, in order to project their dimensions, for which the measurement and collection of information on the identified variables was carried out, for the problem raised it has been proposed an activity guide, through which the development of the language can be promoted with its constant practice. The surveys carried out with teachers have shown the lack of activities to attend to the diversity of students, in the same way for parents the work carried out by teachers in order to achieve the development of skills has been little disseminated of the subject, by the authorities of the institution it has turned out to be a dynamic and very attractive project to be carried out progressively in the coming school periods, so its implementation and measurement of results will be constant, and applied to the upper basic level, being able to be disseminated with certain changes in the activities according to the application courses, being an adaptable and flexible guide to the needs of the group of students..............
