Diseño de procesos administrativos de la Empresa MAKERTECHNI S.A.

Many companies that have recently enjoyed prosperous business conditions are now unsure how to handle this changing development landscape. They require a greater contribution from all the functions that have the greatest direct impact on elements as fundamental to business performance as the income statement, service levels and the degree of quality with which management is carried out. For this reason, in this research, a design of administrative processes is proposed, through the acquisition of a (XASS) X Application Server System in order to guarantee the improvement of the management of the company MAKERTECHNI S.A. The methodology is a mixed approach, bibliographical in nature, with an exploratory scope. As a technique, a survey and interview were used with a sample of 16 members of the company. The results showed that the majority of workers consider that an automation system allows them to solve some administrative tasks, since its absence entails a high need for personnel, lack of agility, speed and less effective expensive customer service. In conclusion, a new information collection and analysis system (XASS) was acquired, the advantages and disadvantages of its acquisition are presented, evidencing the improvement in administrative processes and optimization of the situation in which it is immersed, considering greater control of the main accounting activities, in the accounts payable, inventory and billing process to achieve goals and objectives established in the organization.
