Summary:The readiness prior to learning reading and writing allows children to develop their potential while respecting their individuality as they passes through early ages, ensuring their success during school´s life as well. This study aims to describe the importance of reading and writing´s readiness as a primary process in children from three to four years old. To carry out this investigation, an analysis of variables such as readiness from a psychopedagogical approach and development of literacy was used as an axis of prevention against possible repercussions when teaching infants to read and write, as well as the use of optimal resources for learning inside the classroom which might be used for them........
