Sumari:Expression or Body movement is the oldest form of communication between, before the written and spoken language human beings. It is the means to express feelings, feelings, emotions and thoughts. Thus, the body becomes an irreplaceable instrument of human expression that allows contact with the environment and with others. Body language is the formula through individual and group recreational activities also in the process of teaching - learning Personal Growth and frequent interaction with those around them and develops. In the Educational Unit "Simon Rodriguez" the little development of body expression was detected, giving the effect of deficiencies in personal growth, the causes are presumed may be due to lack of attention from parents and little time spent they. As background to the problem, research main objective was to determine how body language affects the personal growth of children aged 3 to 4 years; considering the hypothesis: Body expression affects personal growth in children 3 to 4 years of Early Education, proving the same, based on the data obtained from the survey to teachers and observation sheet applied for effect , concluding that is required to stimulate the development of body expression, for which it is last preparing the guide basics "JUGANDO APRENDO" aimed at teachers, with the aim of achieving attitudinal and attitudinal changes to the application thereof, and thus develop personal growth to improve the interaction of children
