إضافة وسم | الملخص: | This research deals with the level of coping that SEMAICA construction workers present due to the Covid-19 pandemic and occupational biosecurity. The current problem is that there are no studies about managing or emotional state in workers, which allow the development of effective labor biosecurity measures to face Covid-19. Objectives have been determined to propose a work biosafety plan; that improves the coping of company workers. Through data obtained when evaluating that level and emotional state through the DASS-21 Test and the coping questionnaire, the research is of a correlational and cross-sectional type and a non-experimental design. General results obtained show the workers' coping level was low in 82.76% and a half in 17.24%. Also, it determined a more significant relationship between the level of coping and the state of stress than with the conditions of anxiety and depression, according to the Spearman and Pearson statistics. The occupational biosecurity plan as a proposal consists of 16 protocols focused on prevention, containment, communication, and psychological support. |
