| Тойм: | In this research an eHealth application was developed for the management of medical appointments of the clinic "Harvey centro de electrodiagnóstico, medicina física y rehabilitación", located in the city of Riobamba in order to streamline the process of receiving medical appointments. The web application was made based on the requirements of the clinic, using the agile development methodology SCRUM, once applied the planning, implementation, review and testing of the software product, was obtained as a result a web application with the following modules: administrator, doctor and patient, each module has its: registration, login, patient registration, medical record entry, exams entry and appointment scheduling, this application was developed with the open source framework laravel, also a mobile application was created with the appointment scheduling module, this application was developed with the react native framework. At the same time, an evaluation of the performance efficiency criterion was made to the web application with the ISO25000 standards, which has the following sub-characteristics: temporal behavior, resource utilization and capacity, where the first two sub-characteristics were evaluated, to evaluate the performance efficiency, the JMeter tool was used and with a load of 23 sentences processed, a percentage of 97.4% was obtained in the evaluation of temporal behavior. As for the use of resources, a percentage of 80.33% was obtained according to the quality metric scale, it can be said that the application has a satisfactory efficiency performance |
