Ltda., in order to develop and implement the SG-SS based on the ISO 45001-2018 structure, to protect the physical integrity of all personnel and at the same time promote a culture of occupational risk prevention. The theoretical framework is based on antecedents that contain the evolution of Industrial Safety. State of the art that contains the summary of statistical data on occupational risk accidents. Description of the company that contains the displacement and geographical aspects, location, mission, vision of the company. Theoretical foundation that contains the context of the ISO 45001- 2018 standard, occupational risk factors and the context of the NTP330. The research methodology was pre-experimental, type of application research, field, The baseline of the investigation obtained from the initial diagnosis of compliance with the legal regulations on OSH, through a MDT checklist, where the missing documents and requirements identified based on resolution No. 957-2005, the provisions of the Andean OSH Instrument, which establishes the Administrative, Technical Management, Human Talent, and basic Operating Procedures. The hypothesis verification was carried out using the Student's T test with the data obtained before and after the implementation of the SGSST based on ISO 45001-2018, through the test the compliance of 43.95% to 82.95% was verified, with respect to the current legal regulations of Ecuador. |
