| description | This present research project, projected to favor the management and diversification of the tourist offer of Pano Parish, Tena Canton, Napo Province, since it focuses on public servants, the contribution they make regarding the problems that exist in the locality, and what strategies they take in order to carry out activities that generate investment or tourism ventures that strengthen the diversification of the offer in the Pano parish, to improve its tourist development. Data was collected through an instrument, such as surveys, which was applied to public servants of tourism and tourists, to know their point of view and according to the results of their opinions to propose a solution to solve the problem and by testing hypotheses, which provide relevant information for the research that is presented in the Pano parish. Some of the causes of this problem are due to the fact that there are no investment strategies or training for those interested to undertake tourism, due to lack of support from the authorities or due to the negligence of the service providers themselves, since they do not take advantage of adequately its cultural and natural attractions. This research project can serve as a background for future similar analyzes around the management and diversification of the tourist offer that involve the public or private locality. |

This research project can serve as a background for future similar analyzes around the management and diversification of the tourist offer that involve the public or private locality.Este presente proyecto de investigación, proyecta a favorecer a la gestión y a la diversificación de la oferta turística de la Parroquia Pano, Cantón Tena, Provincia de Napo, ya que se centra en los servidores públicos, el aporte que realizan respecto a la problemática que existe en la localidad, y que estrategias toman al respecto para realizar actividades que genere inversión o emprendimientos turísticos que fortalezcan la diversificación de la oferta en la parroquia Pano, para mejorar su desarrollo turístico. Se realizó una recopilación de datos mediante un instrumento, como son las encuestas, que se aplicó a los servidores públicos de turismo y a los turistas, para saber cuál es su punto de vista y según los resultados de sus opiniones plantear una propuesta que dé solución a la problemática y mediante la comprobación de hipótesis, que facilito información relevante para la investigación que se presenta en la parroquia Pano. Algunas de las causas de este problema se deben a que no hay algún tipo de estrategias de inversión o capacitación a los interesados para emprender turísticamente, por falta de apoyo de las autoridades o por la negligencia de los propios prestadores de servicio, ya que no aprovechan adecuadamente sus atractivos culturales y naturales.
