| 總結: | The aim of this research was to analyze the risk factors for suicidal ideation in adolescent students. To achieve this objective, a descriptive literature review was carried out, using quantitative methods together with inductive-deductive and analytical-synthetic approaches, in a cross-sectional design. The review focused on a population of two-hundred and twenty papers published between 2013 and 2024, covering relevant studies collected from recognized databases such as PubMed, Elsevier, Scielo, Google Scholar, Dialnet and institutional repositories. From this initial collection, forty-five articles from the last ten years were selected as a sample for analysis, applying the CRF-QS (Critical Review Form- Quantitative Studies) method to rigorously evaluate the methodological quality of the studies. This allowed a thorough and systematic exploration of the existing literature, revealing that suicidal ideation in adolescents is a complex phenomenon, influenced by several individual and contextual risk factors. The results demonstrate risk factors such as: depressive and anxiety symptoms, exposure to sexual violence, family history of suicide attempts, and personality traits such as psychoticism and neuroticism. In addition, studies reveal that the prevalence of suicidal ideation in adolescent students varies significantly among different populations throughout the world, reflecting the influence of cultural, socioeconomic, and environmental factors on the psychological well-being of young people. The paper concluded by identifying multiple risk factors associated with suicidal ideation in adolescents. Therefore, with these results and given the variability of the prevalence of suicidal ideation in different cultural and socioeconomic contexts, it is recommended that contextualized research that explores the particularities of each population be encouraged. This research should aim to understand the specific dynamics that influence adolescent mental health in different settings. |
