Auditoría financiera a la cooperativa de transportes Riobamba; periodo 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre del 2016, para establecer la razonabilidad de los estados financieros

The present investigation faces the question of how to determine the reasonableness of the Financial Statements of the Riobamba Transport Cooperative in the period from January 1 to December 31, 2016, for which the objective was to carry out a Financial Audit to the Cooperativa de Transportes Riobamba; period January 1 to December 31, 2016, to determine the reasonableness of the financial statements, for the fulfillment of this objective the investigation was broken down into a total of five chapters: FIRST CHAPTER: The problem of research is analyzed, as well as its justification and objectives to solve this problem. SECOND CHAPTER: The state of the art in which the theoretical referents of research such as auditing and financial statements are established. In addition to addressing the legal status of the cooperative. THIRD CHAPTER: The methodology used in the research is exposed, which shows a quantitative approach, using the inductive method as a method, and with a non-experimental design. FOURTH CHAPTER: Results and discussion show the results of the audit, in which the opinion of the auditors and the matrix of findings are exposed. FIFTH CHAPTER: Finally, the study concludes with the conclusions and recommendations resulting from the investigative process
