THIRD CHAPTER: The methodology used in the research is exposed, which shows a quantitative approach, using the inductive method as a method, and with a non-experimental design. FOURTH CHAPTER: Results and discussion show the results of the audit, in which the opinion of the auditors and the matrix of findings are exposed. FIFTH CHAPTER: Finally, the study concludes with the conclusions and recommendations resulting from the investigative process |

SEGUNDO CAPÍTULO: Se aborda el estado del arte en el que se establecen los referentes teóricos de la investigación como la auditoría y los estados financieros. Además de abordar la situación jurídica de la cooperativa. TERCER CAPÍTULO: Se expone la metodología empleada en la investigación la cual muestra un enfoque cuantitativo, empleando como método el inductivo, y con un diseño no experimental. CUARTO CAPÍTULO: En los resultados y discusión se muestran los resultados de la auditoría, en la que se exponen el dictamen de los auditores y la matriz de hallazgos.
