Sammanfattning:The document presents research on the development and evaluation of gamified software aimed at promoting learning about the culture of the city of Guano using the Unreal Engine graphics engine. Due to the lack of educational technology in the museum, the history it offers could not be adequately appreciated. Therefore, the implementation of a virtual tour emerges as an effective strategy that promises an immersive visual experience, enabling interaction with end users and expanding the cultural reach of the canton. For the development of the gamified software, the SUM development methodology was implemented, which provides five phases: concept, planning, elaboration, beta, and closure, ensuring concise structuring. For the evaluation of the research, a quantitative approach was adopted, utilizing surveys based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard to assess the software's usability. A sample of 20 seventh-semester students from the National University of Chimborazo was selected. Data analysis was conducted to determine the software's effectiveness in terms of operability, learnability, and aesthetics. The results indicate that users positively rated the software's ease of use, interface clarity, and visual appeal. This demonstrates that gamification can be an effective strategy to enhance interaction and learning in educational settings. Additionally, recommendations were provided to optimize the software's documentation and support, as well as to improve its performance and visual aesthetics.
