Summary:The main objective of this research was to determine the level of university student satisfaction in the career of Educational Psychology of the Faculty of Education, Human Sciences and Technologies of the National University of Chimborazo period 2019 - 2020. Currently one of the aspects Of greatest importance when addressing university quality is to assess student satisfaction. Students, being the main users of the University, are the indicated ones so that they can evaluate the quality of educational services. Methodologically it was a mixed investigation; by non-experimental design; by the place, of the field; by time, transversal; by level, descriptive. The sample was non-probabilistic and intentional, choosing 125 students, with five response options and divided into 38 questions based on the Likert scale, divided into 5 categories, the students rated aspects such as teaching, learning skills, academic organization and administrative, cultural and sports activities, infrastructure and university services. The results show that there is a high rate of student dissatisfaction within each of the evaluated components.
