| Περίληψη: | The current study, titled "Systematization of Information in Research Systems on the Job Satisfaction of Primary Care Nursing Staff, 2021–2023," aimed to systematically compile and analyze available information on the job satisfaction of nursing stuff in Ecuador. The study accomplished a structured review of indexed literature to identify existing knowledge gaps and to establish theoretical foundation. A cross-sectional, quantitative documentary review was conducted using academic databases such as Scopus, Redalyc, and Google Scholar. Based on defined inclusion and exclusion criteria, 10 relevant research studies conducted in Ecuador between 2021 and 2023 were selected. These studies were examined using standardized forms for data collection, analysis, and synthesis, enabling the organization and systematization of key findings. The review identified 46 specific validation parameters influencing job satisfaction, grouped into eight thematic categories. Economic factors—including salary and benefits—were consistently highlighted as the most significant contributors to job satisfaction. In contrast, factors such as professional recognition and development opportunities were given less emphasis. Additionally, five distinct assessment methodologies were identified. For quick, broad evaluations, the S20/23 or S10/12 scales are recommended. For more in-depth analyses, the SL-PC Questionnaire or the Font Roja Scale are more suitable, assuming sufficient time is available for their administration. |
