Sažetak:Today, the online presence of well-known companies and businesses has become a critical factor in consumer decision-making, directly influencing their choice among similar competitors. A solid online presence conveys professionalism, reliability, and customer service. In this context, web design emerges as an essential tool to enhance corporate image and increase visibility in the market and among crucial consumers. This research proposes the design of a website that will significantly enhance the image positioning of the companies affiliated with 'Emprende Riobamba '. This website will serve as a powerful tool to increase the recognition of their brands and products, thereby improving their visibility within the city and the market. A robust online presence is a key driver of consumer perceptions and purchasing decisions, fostering differentiation and trust in the marketplace. Web design, with its ability to implement user-centric methodologies like User-Centered Design (UCD), plays a pivotal role in this process, ensuring an optimal user experience. The tools used to collect information were interviews and surveys, which provided valuable information that was analyzed for the development of the case study.
