Shrnutí:The present research entitled "Neurolinguistics in the self-esteem of children of Sublevel 2 of the Penipe Educational Unit of the Penipe Canton, aims to determine the importance of Neurolinguistics to improve the development of self-esteem in children of this level. Hence a qualitative and quantitative methodology was used, one will allow us to describe the development of children and the other to determine percentages of them, using a non-experimental research design. This process allowed to conduct a literature review where information from theses, books, documents, articles, among others was collected. Moreover a field research was done on site, using an observation sheet that permitted to know the lack of self-esteem in children of this level also a population of 18 children was taken. All in all this work has been a key tool to promote cognitive and emotional skills in children aged 4 to 5 years, which can have a direct impact on self- esteem, obtaining effects of neurolinguistic interventions in the behavior and perception that children have of themselves.
