要約:The Optimization of Production Modules, costs and inventory of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) was carried out in IEPESA Industries (Ecuadorian Industry of Electronic Products) Industrias IEPESA is a factory dedicated to the injection of plastics, which has an ERP system called (Dynamics AX) in which all production processes are monitored within its main modules as: Production, Costs and Inventories, Our object of study The objective of this research is to diagnose the operation of ERP modules of IEPESA Industries, in such a way that it allows us to know its current situation, since in this way it becomes known its deficiencies, which are affected by the operation of the For which, with an ABC Cost Classification System, it is proposed to change each of the modules, which allows them to function optimally. In order to fulfill the objectives of this research, historical information regarding its production, costs and inventories of each of the products to be studied has been collected first. Likewise through a field work, which allowed us to have a direct contact with the production processes, for a physical verification of them, by analyzing the main factors of the Production Orders of each of the products, Such as L-MAT (List of Materials) and their Road Cards, did not allow to collect the necessary data to help establish the current situation of the IEPESA Industries ERP. As a result of the field work, it became known its main deficiencies in such a way that they did not allow to establish the current situation of the ERP, and at the same time to collect the exact data of each one of the processes which allowed us to update their costs of each One of the products for its later proposal. In conclusion, it can be said that the ERP is not functioning in an optimal way due to the inconsistencies in its production processes, so a management is required, which allows us to propose the change of each one of its modules, so that this Way to reach the optimization of the Production, Costs and Inventory modules of the IEPESA Industries ERP.
