Within this group are women who have historically faced the lack of prison policies with a gender perspective. The situation of women in prisons is characterized by stigmatization, since they are socially blamed for breaking with the role of wives and mothers that society assigned to them, so the objective of this research is to describe the axes of treatment of the National System of Social Rehabilitation, through a legal-doctrinal analysis. in order to establish the effects it produces on women deprived of liberty within the Chimborazo No.3 Deprivation of Liberty Center, in the year 2023. To achieve this objective, the historical-logical, legal-doctrinal, inductive, analytical, and descriptive methods were used; The type of research was basic, documentary-bibliographic, field and descriptive, with a qualitative and mixed approach. The results obtained allow us to conclude that in addition to including the needs of women deprived of liberty, what needs to be improved is the monitoring and control of the treatment axes to comply with adequate social rehabilitation. |
