Summary: | This research focuses on detecting temporal and spatial patterns in the integrated security service ECU 911 Quevedo through data association techniques to identify highly dangerous parishes. This information provided by the security service of the Babahoyo area is used, which records all incidents that occurred in the province of Los Ríos during the year 2023, the year in which a total of 3,447,071 calls were recorded nationwide. Representing a daily average of 9,444 notices (393 events per hour) and a monthly frequency of 287,256 reported incidents. Considering that 70% corresponds to citizen security, 12% to health management, and 11% to traffic and mobility, the remaining 7% is distributed between municipal services, accident management, military service, and risk management categories. With clustering algorithms, the data generated in each interaction is grouped into similar events called clusters to identify hidden patterns. This approach provides detailed visibility of situations in specific areas, facilitating decision-making by collaborating entities in citizen security. These decisions can contribute to reducing costs and response times in emergencies. |
