| 要約: | The investigation addresses the affective classroom climate and academic performance of sixth-grade students at "Unidad Educativa Liceo Nuevo Mundo." It was demonstrated that this is a factor of significant importance for achieving educational processes. Academic performance is a variable considered within the dimension of educational quality and is related to multiple factors. Some of these factors are oriented toward the conditions of the environment surrounding the children to identify potential deficiencies and their respective solution proposals. The study's findings underscore the importance of the affective classroom climate, which was acceptable among students at "Unidad Educativa Liceo Nuevo Mundo." This climate, where students feel valued and respected, is fostered by the teacher's promotion of participation, emotional well-being, and assertive communication between both parties. A mixed-methods approach was employed with a non-experimental design, meaning that the study variables were not manipulated; descriptive, which was used to describe the findings; the scientific method guided us towards solving the problem; fieldwork involved observing the population from the actual location of events; and bibliographic, because information from scientific texts was used. The data collection technique used with the students was surveys and interviews with the teacher; this allowed us to analyze the data statistically, identifying in the children a positive classroom climate characterized by interactions based on effective communication and appropriate management of pedagogical strategies as critical elements in academic performance. This performance demonstrates the level of learning achieved, which is equivalent to very good, where children show their progress in the educational process. Keywords: Emotional well-being, interaction, assertive communication, pedagogical strategies. |
