Montacargas Mecánico Ergonómico para la imprenta de la Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo

This research work, is related to the service of ergonomic mechanical hoists for the printing unit of the Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo in order to decrease any stress positions performed in the lifting, transportation and placement of boxes amounts of paper bond, to reduce the negative effect on workers of printing methods of observation of ergonomic risks OWAS and MAC applied the same that allowed to determine that the use of ergonomic mechanical hoists work is more efficient and comfortable resulting in excellence in carrying out the tasks assigned to the Unit. It can verify that the positions on the tilted and revolved back is minimized allowing injuries to the spine and musculoskeletal no progress on employees of the unit in question in the same way with respect to the high arm and another low, the methodology used in the study is related to the descriptive, deductive and inductive to obtain best results demonstrate that allow manifested in the research work and are related to the achievement of an efficient and comfortable working hypothesis According to the results obtained using the methods of OWAS AND MAC with the development of surveys of workers could verify that the use of ergonomic mechanical hoist allows performing physical activities in transport boxes packs of paper bond without any effort that is directly related to the minimization of occupational diseases without adverse effects in development work and therefore the deterioration of the health of employees working in the unit printing and reprographic of Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo.
