Summary:Psychosocial risks have currently taken a relevant role, so they deserve to be managed in a special way. The current lifestyle and labor demands make the work personnel of any institution, company or industry vulnerable to these types of risks, which at the maximum expression end up influencing the organizational part and that trigger the job satisfaction of Workers. Aware of the psychosocial risks, the company Arsaico Cia. Ltda allowed this research work to be carried out with the main objective of managing psychosocial risks to determine job satisfaction, thus addressing the risk factors that are present in the institution, thus improving the organizational part and therefore the job satisfaction of its workers. The management carried out is framed in the axes: identification of psychosocial risks, Evaluation of Organizational Climate and Labor Satisfaction, through the application of surveys and Proposal of a manual to increase the dimensions identified as low. After the management of psychosocial risks we denote that the current situation compared to the initial diagnosis of the company, reflects that the impact of psychosocial risk factors was reduced from 51.18% to 25%, in this way we managed to train workers , control and improve the job satisfaction of workers.
