Etiketle | Özet: | Industrial Parks have played a leading role along with history. In the cities, they are essential pieces for economic, social, and urban development. It is directly linked with the monetary growth of the town, and at present, they are spaces that energize extensive activities in the cities. In Riobamba city, the Industrial Park has remained without any intervention, without unused spaces, disorganization, and buildings in poor conditions. It is a waste of all profits; this happened in Riobamba city in Parque Industrial, an intangible element for economic as morphological development. In this investigation, the industrial sector is valued MI from the Riobamba City. Everybody can know the actual situation through an evaluative diagnostic with data both quantitative and qualitative. Also, the study of the industrial sector set specific data. They were based on global and local documentation structured according to the context, which allows understanding the functionality and modus operandi. The investigation process goes from an industrial park theoretical foundation, which helps to define the components and parameters evaluation—followed by data collection through tools such as digital polls, interviews, photographs, audios, and observation. The obtained data was in the four categories services, infrastructure, equipment, and urban structure. A more accurate diagnostic of the current state of the intervention polygon was obtained. Finally, it concludes in developing strategies and guidelines based on the diagnostic obtained to help crystallize the ideas in a graphic proposal. As a result of the investigation, it shows several guidelines to be taken into account for a possible intervention in the sector. |
