Zusammenfassung:This research work is based on the construction of a mechanical bio team to mobilize patients, prevented from nurses Alternative Hospital Andean city of Riobamba, to reduce occupational diseases musculoskeletal, during the period April 2016 October 2016. I selected this topic because it is determine to what extent a mechanical bio team facilitates proper job performance in nurses working in this institution, and avoid musculoskeletal disorders or injuries because of improper handling of loads, awkward postures in mobilizing patients. We know that the work is part of every human, intellectual and material activity, demanding the physical and mental effort whose implementation requires respect for the freedom and dignity of the worker. In this context the task should be performed under conditions that ensure life, health and economic conditions for the worker and his family. The study population were 28 people in the area of Nursing who work in exhausting days in the treatment of disabled patients and who are exposed permanently to the risks that could affect all welfare conditions, the most susceptible disorders those affecting systems: cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, immune, endocrine and muscular, this effort in order to ensure quality care and warmth to internal and external customers. The methodology is based on the guidelines inherent in research of quantitative and experimental with a double strategy that includes a documentary-bibliographical field research, descriptive. The results will help establish parameters and processes of continuous improvement in the team, all it focused on prevention that allow adopt the ideals of work aimed at reducing the risks associated with the health of the study population corrective action.
