Dodaj etykietę | Streszczenie: | ABSTRACT This research project was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the relationship of the organization with community tourism in the Pungalá parish, Riobamba canton. The type of research used is non-probabilistic - by quota, snowball, the research method used is scientific, inductive, deductive, analytical and synthetic. Questionnaires were applied for the respective study variables that were applied in a single period of time, for the independent variable organization, representatives of the parish communities were taken as part of the sample, thus the dimensions were also evaluated: voluntary participation, associative processes, continuous improvement. For the study of the dependent variable community tourism, professionals, technicians and authors of tourism were taken as a sample, focusing on the dimensions: community natural heritage, community cultural heritage, tourism services. With the data obtained, statistical tools such as the IBM SPSSv 24 statistician was used, which verifies the reliability of the instruments with a good qualification result, thus the general and specific hypothesis could also be verified by checking the Spearman's Rho relationship, the result was that the organization is not related to community tourism, that is, the null hypothesis is accepted and the research hypothesis is rejected. Based on the research results, a proposal was made in order to define sustainable management for community tourism organizations in the Pungalá parish, Riobamba canton.
