Sumari:Agile methodologies have provided great value in improving and optimizing development time and resources in managing software development projects. The BDD (Behaviour-Driven Development) methodology is considered a process designed to support the management and delivery of software development projects, improve the development time, and understand the functionalities of a web system. Tourism activity is considered destructive when it is not used correctly. It can destroy the richness of any country's natural and cultural heritage. The limited quality of community tourism offered in rural areas is the result of not knowing the standards and good practices of community tourism centers, causing several problems such as lack of accessibility for inclusive tourism, an incorrect organization within the communities, and lack of signage of their services and areas. For this reason, the objective of the research was to apply the agile BDD methodology to develop a web system to evaluate the quality of community tourism services in rural parishes of Riobamba. This research was based on a quantitative approach. The evaluation of the web system usability was performed using the heuristic method of Nielsen by applying a survey to several expert users. The result was 59.72% are "totally agree" and 40.28% are "agree" with the usability criteria established. Therefore, it is concluded that the web system is usable
