Etiketa erantsi | Gaia: | In the present research, is determined how the custodial sentences affect the social rehabilitation of persons sentenced by the Court of the Criminal Judicial Unit based in the canton Riobamba, during the period August 2014 - August 2015; for this, a doctrinaire, legal and critical of the implementation of the custodial sentence analysis is done, and how it influences the process of rehabilitation and social reintegration of prisoners. Chapter I, contains Framework, where the planning and formulation of the problem is under investigation; objectives: general and specific to be able to achieve, and the rationale and importance of the problem. Chapter II, contains the theoretical framework, in which the unit I referred to the topics and subtopics on custodial sentences develops; Unit II containing the topics and subtopics on social rehabilitation; Unit III containing the incidence of custodial sentences in social rehabilitation; IV unit that develops the topics and subtopics on Deprivation of Liberty Center for Adult in conflict with the law of Riobamba; V unit dealing international instruments used in criminal execution, analysis of a case study and analysis of jurisprudence; and finally the unit VI which deals with the hypothetical unit, operationalization of variables, and definition of basic terms. Chapter III, refers to the methodological framework in which it is explained how the investigation was conducted; It describes the processes, methods, techniques and instruments used in carrying out the work. Expresses the population involved and the interpretation and analysis of results. Chapter IV, provides the conclusions and recommendations to which it has come, after having executed the research; also it contains the reference material used to develop the theoretical framework and finally the Annexes to this work. |
