Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | The objective of this research is to analyze the levels of resilience that the personnel of the company "Ecua Matriz" have after an infidelity. The project corresponds to a non-experimental transversal design, of bibliographic and field type, with an exploratory and descriptive level. We worked with 63 employees of the company who experienced infidelity, 15 are women and 48 men. The techniques applied were the survey and psychological reagent. The instruments were: a questionnaire prepared by the researcher about infidelity, and the Wagnild and Young Resilience Scale (ER) to determine the resilience levels of each person. Among the results, 57% of low resilience due to infidelity was obtained. These results allowed to carry out a Psycho-educational Guide for the personnel of the company “Ecua Matriz”, who have experienced an infidelity in a way that allows them to face the situation they are going through. |
