| Resumo: | COMMUNICATIONAL PROCESSES AND THEIR INCIDENCE ON LOCAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE DECENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS RURAL GOVERNMENT OF SANTA FE DE GALÁN, CANTÓN GUANO, PROVINCE OF CHIMBORAZO, IN THE PERIOD SEPTEMBER 2015 TO FEBRUARY 2016 " ABSTRACT: The current project was carried out with the goal of measuring the incidence of communicational processes in the social, economic, cultural, and management development at the Autonomous Decentralized Rural Government (GAD) of Santa Fe de Galán. In this context, it is truly important to analyze the communicational actions performed by the GAD, related to parish development. During the development of this research, a methodology of analysis and the evaluation of the tools used in the communicational process flow of the GAD, and the impact of this upon their receivers (San Fé Population) was carried out. The results of this project show certain communicational weaknesses related to factors such as: The lack of professionals in the communication field, the lack of knowledge of the authorities about the importance of communicational tools and processes, the lack of a budget for communicational issues and the access to information technologies and non-implementation of information democratization policies. Based upon the weaknesses detected after this research, it is suggested to the GAD the performance of strategies and communicational actions that enable to picture its business management to achieve the recognition of its audience, and improve its institutional image as well as the creation of a communicational plan focused on the socialization of activities, projects, and information about the institution and the parish. |
