Los Procesos de Compras Públicas y su Incidencia en la Gestión Financiera del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Colta durante el período 2019-2021.

The current research project with the theme ´´PUBLIC PROCUREMENT PROCESSES AND ITS INCIDENCE ON THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE MUNICIPAL DESCENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS GOVERNMENT OF COLTA DURING THE 2019-2021 PERIOD´´ was carried out to improve the company´s processes and know about its impact on its financial management, in addition to being able to determine the weaknesses within the financial department. The research project is organized into five chapters, the first contains the referential framework where it is subdivided into the problem, justification, formulation of the problem objectives, in the se4cond, it shows everything related to the Theoretical Framework, the conceptualization of the variables, as well as the generalities of the company; in the third it offers everything that refers to the Methodology, which details the research method, formulation of the hypothesis, the types of research, the research design, the research approach, the level of the study, the determination of the population and sample, the techniques and instruments and finally the techniques of procedure and interpretation oh the data, in the fifth contains the results and discussion, basically in this chapter the practical was developed by means of the surveys to the personnel, in addition to the realization of the flow diagramming of the public procurement processes and the verification of the hypothesis and in the last one the conclusions are shown and the recommendations that were given after the analysis made to the company.
