This work focuses on the scope of legislation present in the Children and Adolescents Organic Code, as well as on the Norms of Application to the Adoption Process. In order to know the legal treatment that these rules grant to the legal figure of adoption. In the same way, it was tried to. Within a general context, the investigation has sought to know the treatment that the adoptive figure has in the Ecuadorian legal system, for Which in addition to the theoretical foundation, a field investigation has been used consisting of interviews with the Judges of the Judicial Unit Specialized Family, Women, Children and Adolescents, in Riobamba Canton, as well as surveys to lawyers in free exercise specialist in the rights of Family, Women, Children and Adolescents and Public Defenders of the city of Riobamba In summary, this research work has sought to know in depth the Ecuadorian legal context of adoption, as a figure that protects the rights of children and adolescents in a state of abandonment. |
