Financiamiento Un Factor De Desarrollo De Los Emprendimientos Rurales. Caso Provincia Chimborazo

ABSTRACT: The objective of this research work was to determine financing as a factor for the development of rural enterprises in the Province of Chimborazo, period 2023, through the deductive, field, and bibliographic method with non-experimental design, with a mixed approach and correlational-causal level, in the Province of Chimborazo there are 124 registered enterprises, however, 94 enterprises chosen from the three cantons with the highest number of rural enterprises, in which the survey was used that contained 40 multiple-choice and open questions in which entrepreneurs were evaluated on the variables financing and rural enterprises. The results indicate that the most common types of financing used by enterprises in the province of Chimborazo are own, bank, cooperative, and family financing, where the enterprises that prevail are commerce, gastronomy, crafts, and food stores, as well as that the business development of rural enterprises depends on the amount of financing, type of financing, access to credit and type of guarantee. The regression model was applied to the dependent variables through the business expectation factor and independent by the factors of amount and type of financing, obtaining that rural entrepreneurship does depend on financing since the value of the coefficient of determination is 13.5% (R2=0.137); the correlation coefficient is 37.1% (r=0.317) with a degree of significance of 0.041 less than 0.05, which is why the research hypothesis is accepted where financing is the development factor of rural enterprises in the Province of Chimborazo, period 2023.
