According to the situational analysis of the ALES Distribution Center of the city of Guayaquil, with regard to Occupational Safety and Health, it was possible to identify that the company does not currently comply with what is stipulated in the legislation, so it is evident that Workers are exposed to risks (physical, mechanical, ergonomic, psychosocial and environmental), which must be controlled and defined preventive and corrective actions in order to prevent accidents and occupational diseases to their workers. The results obtained in the SART self-audit, identified that the Ales Distribution Center of the city of Guayaquil has a compliance in the Risk Prevention Management System of only 28%, which is why it is considered necessary to execute an Occupational health and safety system. In this way, the worker will be informed, trained and trained in various issues related to industrial safety, safety rules and policies will be established to help prevent accidents within the company, and this will contribute to the improvement of safety conditions per job post. Work. These results admit to conclude that we must continue with the continuous improvements of a Risk Prevention Plan in the company "Industries Ales of the city of Guayaquil."
