| 要約: | The development of mobile applications for energy and environmental assessment has gained importance in the context of sustainable construction. In this framework, the objective was to create a mobile application using the React Native framework to evaluate prefabricated concrete homes in Ecuador. This tool had to be portable and useful for end users, facilitating the evaluation and making changes in projects that included these homes. The methodology applied was Kanban due to its rapid implementation, visualization of tasks and ability to adapt to mobile application development projects. A quantitative approach was used to obtain measurable data. The bibliographic research provided necessary information to achieve the stated objectives, and simulation techniques and user surveys were used for data collection. Functionality measurements were carried out through specialized software and surveys of end users. The instruments used were surveys to obtain feedback on the interface and functionality of the application. The relevant results showed that 100% of respondents found the app interface intuitive and attractive, 80% stated that the app worked correctly on different devices, and also 80% noted that the app was bug-free and maintained. stable during use. These results indicated that the application met users' expectations in terms of usability and stability. The conclusions highlighted that the use of Kanban and React Native was effective for the development of the application, allowing efficient task management and high end-user satisfaction. The methodology and tools used ensured that the application was not only functional, but also intuitive and stable. This demonstrated that the technologies and approaches used can be recommended for similar projects in the future. |
