Sammanfattning:The purpose of this research work is to analyze the importance of the graphic-plastic techniques to develop the introduction of writing of children second level of initial education, and to identify the knowledge level about the topic by teachers. The research was carried out within the qualitative approach, guided into the inquiry field, descriptive manner, the information was provided by the children and teachers of the second level of the Unidad Educativa “Miguel Angel León”, of Chimborazo province. The problem is determined, identifying variables, within the theoretical framework; it was based bibliographically the established variables. It was used the methodology based on the direct collection of information by means of observation sheets and the survey, for which the population and sample investigated is identified. Then, the information gathered is analyzed and a percentage statistical study was conducted, in which was obtained as a result that the graphic-plastic techniques arc important in the teaching-learning process, since at this age they are interested in manipulating and experiment with materials. Moreover, they become very creative, imaginative; and so the teacher helps children to develop in the maturing processes, which are affective, emotional, intellectual, motor, level of representation, attention skill, social; achieving in this way the incentive at recognition and so to introduce to writing. Then conclusions and recommendations which invite to participate in updates are performed, changing strategies, methodologies and the proposal a guide to use and implement all activities relating to the graphic-plastic technical and introduction to writing; favoring the integral development of students.
