Add Tag | Summary: | ABSTRACT: The "Measurement of the associative performance of the Business Units that work with popular and solidarity economy in Guano canton, year 2023", is based on identifying factors that affect the associations allowing to know the shortcomings and positive aspects that lead to their growth or as opposed to their decline, through the application of two surveys, one focused on identifying the complexity with which each association is managed, called the placement survey, and the other, called the associative performance evaluation questionnaire, to evaluate the management of the association in 2023, comprised of three main axes taken as variables, which are: a) practical performance; b) capacity of the association to manage the association in 2023; c) the association's management capacity; and, d) the association's management capacity: (a) practical performance; (b) organizational capacity and (c) relationship with the environment. The above information shows that the associativity has generated important impacts on the partners who benefit from the alliances, on the other hand, the benefits are observed in the long term since they establish more subjective parameters such as trust, communication, similar objectives and common work |
