| Shrnutí: | ABSTRACT: The research was carried out through a compilation of scientific articles related to Pulmonary rehabilitation as respiratory physiotherapy in pulmonary hypertension, information that reveals the evolution of pulmonary hypertension in children, youth, adults and pregnant women, diagnostic methods and their benefits in rehabilitation. Each of the scientific articles contains very valuable information on the physiotherapy techniques applied to the different classes of patients analyzed, the benefits of exercising, as well as its limits. During the development of the research, a search of 98 scientific articles was carried out, with publication dates from 2015 to 2021; of which 58 have been excluded, selecting 35 articles for analysis; For its validation, the assessment was carried out by applying the Pedro scale, in addition those documents in English and Spanish were included. The investigation of the scientific articles was carried out through the following databases such as: Google Scholar, Scielo, Lilacs, Science, Pubmed, Elseiver, Scopus, BMJ Journals, Sprynger, Dialnet, Embase and Redalyc, whenever they have information updated that served to substantiate the investigation. After contrasting the results of the different articles, the authors coincide in explaining that people with hypertension have achieved an improvement in their health and quality of life, thanks to pulmonary rehabilitation through personalized exercises depending on the level of disease they suffer, indicating that it should be done in a moderate and controlled way.
