Hybrid Methodology Design is an agile software development process that reaches rapid software delivery and improves risk management proficiency. “Corcel Negro” a food company located in Riobamba, currently offers its products through social networks such as Facebook and Instagram, the management of home orders is done via phone calls, which cause inconvenience in customers due to the waiting time, causing loss in sales. For this reason, web mobile and application were developed to permit effective supervise on home orders, with the purpose that “Corcel Negro” company gets agile service, during the development stage of the mobile app about the Hybrid Methodology Design and the framework were used. moreover, JavaScript React Native, whose objective is to guarantee the performance of the mobile application. When the tests were realized, the data based on the parameters of the FURPS quality model were analyzed to ensure the quality of the software. Finally, the performance of the mobile application was evaluated with the JMeter tool based on the values of each parameter that FURPS had established, showing as a result that according to the 133 concurrent virtual users range, the next results were obtained: 100% efficiency, 591.17ms of time response, 5.33% resource utilization on the mobile device |

La metodología Hybrid Methodology Design es un proceso de desarrollo de software ágil, logra una rápida entrega de software y mejora las capacidades de gestión de riesgos. La empresa Corcel Negro ubicada en Riobamba, actualmente ofrece sus productos mediante las redes sociales como Facebook e Instagram, la gestión de pedidos a domicilio lo realizan mediante una llamada telefónica lo que origina molestias en los clientes por el tiempo de espera, ocasionando perdida en las ventas. Por esta razón, se desarrolló un aplicativo móvil y web que permite gestionar los pedidos a domicilio, con el propósito que la empresa Corcel Negro disponga de un servicio ágil, durante la etapa de desarrollo del aplicativo móvil se empleó la metodología Hybrid Methodology Design y el framework JavaScript React Native, cuyo objetivo es garantizar el rendimiento del aplicativo móvil. Al realizar las pruebas de rendimiento se analizó los datos basados en los parámetros del modelo de calidad de FURPS con el fin de asegurar la calidad de software.
