| Tóm tắt: | The main objective of the present research was to analyze the quality of life and risk that occurred in older adults of the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of Guano, 2021. The methodology was of a quantitative approach, the descriptive and correlational level of bibliographic and documentary type, with cross-sectional disclosure. The study population was comprised of 120 medical records corresponding to users who attend the center for happy seniors of the Guano Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government. The instruments for data collection of the two variables of the present thesis were the Plutchik Suicidal Risk Scale (ERSP) and the GENCAT Scale. When reviewing the results, it is evidenced that 36% of older adults demonstrate the presence of suicidal risk, with respect to quality of life, a predominance of low levels was found in the dimensions of physical well-being and material well-being, finally in relation to the Quality of Global life 59% of older adults have a low level of quality of life. For the analysis, the SPSS version 22 program was used, where a negative correlation between the variables was evidenced. Therefore, it is concluded that the quality of life is low, especially in the dimensions: material well-being and physical well-being, being related to the presence of suicide risk in older adults. |
