| Итог: | The topic developed in this research is: “Aerobics in the Lactic Anaerobic System.” The objective of the investigation is to study aerobics in the lactic anaerobic system of adolescents. This research employed a cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach, which served to evaluate the lactic anaerobic system of adolescents at the Gymnastics and Fitness School “Fly Gym.” A sample of 15 female students aged 13 was selected. The Burpee Test was applied as the measurement instrument, and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS. In the pre-test, it was determined that the majority of students were at an average normal level, while a small percentage showed poor performance, and no student scored above a normal result. The proposed work plan for students at the “Fly Gym” school was then implemented, aiming to improve the lactic anaerobic system through a variety of aerobic classes held twice a week, each lasting one hour, over a period of 12 weeks. Upon completing the intervention weeks, the test was administered again, and the pre- and post-test results were analyzed under the same conditions. This allowed for the conclusion that implementing an aerobics program adapted to the students of “Fly Gym” contributed significantly to the improvement of the lactic anaerobic system, as reflected in greater tolerance to exertion during the post-intervention test. No student was in the poor category, most reached the normal average, and some achieved the very good level. |
