| Shrnutí: | Canva is a digital graphic design tool that provides a different option for teachers, favors creativity and critical thinking among students, and is easy to use due to its visual elements. The objective of the study is to propose the use of Canva as a didactic tool for the teaching of Social Studies of the tenth EGB in the U.E. of the Penipe Millennium. The methodology used was a quantitative, exploratory, bibliographic documentary, field approach, applying a non-experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive design. The techniques used were the survey directed at 35 students and 5 teachers, as well as observation for the design of the guide. The results establish that 40% of the students are not familiar with technological tools such as Canva, also 42.9% have never had knowledge about the use and benefits that the Canva tool offers. On the other hand, 40% of the teachers surveyed responded that they sometimes use the Canva tool to teach Social Studies and their training is of a medium level for the use of the aforementioned tool. In conclusion, the levels of knowledge of teachers about the use of Canva as a didactic tool for teaching Social Studies is medium, whereas a representative percentage of students answered that they have never been familiar with the interactive resources provided by the application. Canva is a didactic alternative for the teacher because innovative and interactive resources are created for student learning in the classroom. The proposed didactic guide has four specific units aimed at the student, which can be applied by the teacher in the classroom, detailing the attractive Canva resources applicable to the units of the subject. |
