الملخص:This research is named: Aggressiveness and Learning in the children of the Educational Unit "José María Román" Riobamba. 2016 2017, it is a rather theoretical subject with a psychological and sociological analysis of its two variables, their causes and consequences in a context of social learning, where the family as an essential agent in the process of socialization of education and as a crucial document In the development of the child from very early age plays a primordial role, no less important are the school and the media that are also necessarily object of foundation in this work. This is why the explanatory and qualitative study stands out. For this reason, in order to be able to take the pre-practice notes, the goal is to demonstrate how the treatment of aggressiveness improves the learning in the children of the Educational Unit "José María Román",through techniques contained in a methodological guide as teaching support material, develop the learning of the children in the environment of initial education with no conflictive situations or aggressive behaviors or behaviors. For this, the materialist dialectic was used as scientific method with the purpose of establishing the theoretical-practical relationship between aggressiveness, aggression, personality and behavior, with a meaningful and essentially cognitive-behavioral learning approach. Also, theoretical methods are used, induction-deduction and synthetic analytic and empirical methods: Direct observation through the application of an activity guide for the detection and solution of possible aggressive behaviors in their different types inside and outside the classroom, two initial evaluations were carried out prior to the implementation of the activities and one after the intervention, the results obtained reflected an important level of difference expressed in achievement indicators. In this way it is concluded that it is possible to conduct the behavior of the children observed, so it is recommended to use the pedagogical tool for its application in educational contexts similar to this study.
